With nice people at the table, the day is even more beautiful. In the meantime, it is a bit more difficult to get a table, because according to various articles about the entry in one of the Bibles of the gastro scene, curiosity grows in newcomers. For the individual, the quality of the choice becomes a basic decision, because now there is also an excellent vegetarian menu. But no matter, because you can easily and easily combine the different courses. And whoever is smart lets the plates circle. So we started with an excellent tuna fillet with sesame, glass noodle salad, soy and chili 9,00€ and a raviolo filled with ragout from the US Prime Beef, onion melt and spice yogurt 7,50€. It was just a dream. The tuna shredded on the tongue, along with the mild glass noodle salad, on the tongue fiery through the chili, in return then the strong ragout with a fantastic sauce, crowned by the olive wine accompaniment. "We booked a night to the Krabat Festival. The rooms were equipped with towels. All clean! Staff very nice. But unfortunately, a great deal has been experienced, which has left you the mood. From 8:00 there was breakfast. We were down at 8:30 and... no more! Cheese plate empty, sausage plate still 3 slices, scrambled eggs or similar empty, bread basket empty, coffee container empty, hot water can (tee empty, still 3 plates available, the tables are not cleared by the finished guests. Some guests stood around and didn't know how they were. Then at some point a KANN coffee, apparently from a normal coffee machine, was poured into a warm-up container. But nothing came out of the **** because the crowd simply wasn't enough. So tip something out! The coffee cream, standing next door, blew in the coffee! The eggs should be cooked themselves (probably wanted by guests! . There was an electric cooker, the raw eggs and 6 holders to hang in. Even paying attention to the time might still go, but how to stop other guests from taking my eggs? 5 minutes on the buffet? I've never seen anything like that before! At about 8:45 a.m. the boss came and the buffet filled slowly. In response to my criticism, the general complaint about missing personnel was raised, and that someone has failed and no one has called. Dear Pension, if I offer a service that I should pay, I must also provide this service! If it is not possible, please note the breakfast is not possible. There was a small kitchen in the room so you could have helped yourself. And if there are personnel problems, you should be there as a boss at 8:00! On my question, why not put a coffee machine, so that you would have at least come to coffee was answered with a lack of space. However, the warming container was not exactly small. In another review I read about flying and its amount in the guest room. I can confirm that. But I stress that I am quite aware that there are flies when there are beautiful forests, fields and water around. That's normal. But then you should at least try to stop them. Small tip from me: There are adhesive strips in the drugstore discount that are glued to the window frames inside. Very effective! But you have to run around with the hand vacuum. A fly curtain on the door can also help. So, as I said, everything is good and clean and reasonable prices. But if the house is well visited, such a breakfast splice must not happen. And with other reviews you can see that breakfast is probably the Achillesverse of the Pension Graf... I wouldn't exclude another visit, but only if I didn't find anything else. This is an experience."
