"The woman at the counter appeared to be experiencing a difficult time in her life. I mean this in the kindest way possible, but I was taken aback by how hostile and aggressive she was for seemingly no reason. She was curt and abrupt with my colleague, who I have known for nearly 20 years. We both have experience in customer service and know how to handle difficult situations, but her behavior was so brusque that I considered leaving in frustration. It was clear that she was having a bad day and had a very self-centered attitude. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

I recently visited this charming restaurant located right on Loch Ness, and it was truly a delightful experience. The serene surroundings make it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake. I've also had lunch here a few times and each time was fantastic. The service is always top-notch and the sight of the highland coos adds to the overall charm of the place. The food is of high quality and the service is exceptional. I am already looking forward to my next visit!
