The service was quick and efficient considering the fact that that day, due to an unexpected event that occurred the evening before, they were without their trusted chef. I really appreciated the flexibility with which they handled this. Well done guys and very good owner Franck, who to us Italians may seem a bit grumpy but is actually very kind.
