"We had left the Tarn Gorges on our way to Bordeaux and came upon this modest and super clean restaurant hotel for lunch on a Sunday in August. Laissac has a nice small town feel, although it probably gets busy on days when the cattle market is on. We sat outside on the small terrace and were pleasantly surprised by the food : my husband had succulent pork ribs with a glass of Marcillac, and I had the most flavorful and well prepared rainbow trout ever. The waiter brought extra homemade fried potatoes for the kids, which were a big hit. He was very friendly, and happy about having won a TV at the town's bingo game the night before. My only regret : the regional products store which looked amazing from the window just across the street was closed. Next time!"

Warm, family atmosphere. Very good bistro cuisine without fuss, tasty and homemade. Also good value for money. The restaurant seems frequented by regulars, a guarantee of quality. Booking is recommended.

Very good village restaurant. House fries, house farçous. Everything is very good and cheap. Service is effective. Excellent price. To find a negative point you have to go into the toilet and find the empty liquid soap (it was 23h). A cook who makes, certainly a simple but good and generous kitchen. This is what we expect from such a place.

discovered by chance on our way back from vacation. fast and comfortable installation despite the absence of a reservation (salle comble !) and the presence of a child in low age (high rooms available.) fast and applied service, servers available. formula dessert first price dessert dessert (18.30 euros) copier and quality, including some local products. with a quarter of wine and coffees, addition to 41 euros for 2 people on the noon. A happy finding!
