The fondues weren't very good. The fondues had too much maizenas. Difficult to digest. Inadequate and overworked staff. Overrated.

Came on recommendation of the Tourist Bureau. Was a little nervous ordering fondue for the first time, but the staff was patient and attentive. And the fondue was delicious! View menu

Family restaurant where young and old meet. Friendly welcome and delicious fondues. The fresh fruit salad and fresh pineapple were delicious the restaurant was full and a little noisy but it was lively!

Reservation by friendly telephone. Perfect outdoor table. The staff is efficient, helpful and professional. Quality fondue, wine, aperitif, everything is there. Thank you very much for these good times in the City of Friborg

This used to be the place for a good fondue in Fribourg. Sadly, no more. I booked a table long in advance for dinner. When I arrived, plenty of tables were available in the front of the restaurant, the nice part shown on the pictures. But I was told none were available and was sent to the backroom, with many other visitors. I ordered a fondue that was all right, but nothing to write home about. Service was OK. When I left however, only a couple of tables in the front were occupied, with the owner having a chat with the guests. The conclusion is easy: if you know him, you are allowed to sit in the nice part of the restaurant, but if you are a newcomer or a tourist, go to the backroom! Well, n... View menu
