"We spent two nights DBB at The Duke of Marlborough. The staff, rooms and food were fab. We felt welcomed and really looked after. Shout out to Conchy and all the staff for a relaxing stay. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back! Great locality for visiting Blenheim Palace, Oxford, and the Cotswold villages. Rooms are comfy and modern, it was nice to come back to a serviced room and little touches such as bedside lights on made it cosy and inviting. Breakfast was excellent with locally sourced food. We would highly recommend the teriyaki beef starter and the haddock croquettes. The duck main was excellent and the mushroom gnocchi was the best I’ve tasted. Brilliant team."

Just the best burger l have had for many years, easy to find on the main road out of Woodstock, lost a mark cos of the wasps but if I lived in the area I would be a regular, loved the food and the set up.

My first visit here and I was blown away. The staff were amazing and really friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, great bathroom and spacious. The restaurant has a lovely menu and the food is sublime. I will defiantly rebook

Absolutely great little place! I stopped through on my way upcountry and it was such a delightful stay. The rooms are really lovely, the staff are so kind and attentive, the food was excellent i couldn’t fault anything. Will defo stay again when passing through. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a lovely place, beautiful pub and great food. we stayed for one night so we could visit Blenheim and Woodstock, the only compliant we had was that during the evening and night we had the distinct smell of cannabis in our room. Not sure where it was coming from but it did make the room very uncomfortable

I spent 2 nights at the Duke. Very easy to find and plenty of free parking was the first bonus. Also the bus stop to Woodstock, Blenheim and Oxford City is just outside the Inn and a regular service, easy to follow and accurate timetable. My room was lovely, clean, spacious, comfortable with bath and all I needed. Bar/restaurant staff, and on arrival, were welcoming. Outside seating (it was sunny! is great and the one bar meal I had was very nice. I would stay there again for sure when meeting up with friends in Oxford/Carterton area.
