"I’ve used ELP on numerous occasions and I am used to the long wait times, however tonight I was beyond disappointed and, frankly disgusted that I placed my order online for a set time (almost an hour later! 15 minutes after the promised delivery time that they offered on their website, my order still hadn’t arrived. I rang to see where it was to be told, rather bluntly, that I had ordered late (6.26pm they received the order for 7.15pm delivery and that they were just getting it together now! Bearing in mind, I had already paid them just shy of £30 for 2 cheese burgers, a mixed kebab and a portion of cheesey chips!! I requested a refund and cancelled my order but the phone was put down on me before the guy took my card details, so I would like to know how they propose to pay me back my money? I’ll never use East Leake Pizza again, I’d sooner get in my car and travel to Loughborough!!"

It’s the first time we’ve ordered from here, the lovely delivery driver was so friendly and even gave us pudding when he pulled out a packet of Rolos and handed them to me my favourite! Love there pizzas, shish kebabs lamb and chicken very vice, donor meat low quality, village deserves better please, also pizza don’t be scared to put toppings a bit closer to the edge thanks, overall though very nice food and big shout to the main man Dale!!! Ordered to tonight at 7.30. told verbally and on line 9.00 latest delivery..quite a while? However arrived 9.25.....reason ..they do it in order.....I get that..but let people know approx timings more realistically... Pizza and chicken wrap were both cold had to be warmed up not point of a takeaway. We are very regular customers of elp however very disappointed tonite....waste of money tbh will start to look elsewhere sadly. Service: Take out
