A very beautiful place, beautiful ambience, beautiful atmosphere! Many good cocktails and delicious dishes, I could hardly decide! I've done the cut cocktail. Great! Thank you. I'd like to come back.

I had a brunch here, the place was pretty crowded but the staff this a really good job in order to serve all the clients, however if you are in hurry is probably not the right place. My brunch was excellent

very good interesting breakfast choice....it has tasted everything very well and the ingredients were fresh....we have sat in the outside area, which is nicely designed with benches, nice location with nice flair, we definitely come back:-)

Was doing the Dresden by night walking tour and part of the tour involves going to Eckstein Cafe to talk with the guide about life in the old East Germany. Really nice and relaxing settings to enjoy a coffee or beer to just watch the...world go by. Good music at night and worth looking out for if in the area.

for the first time we were here, and this to the breakfast. it tasted us really well and the breakfast was the best we had in DD-Neustadt with a distance. only the rolls fall clearly. we had breakfast and harbour breakfast. together, this was the right mix - and plentiful.The price ratio is ok. the seating inside look interesting, but unfortunately are very uncomfortable. here and at the rolls still work on it and there are five points next time View menu

After our very late arrival in Dresden this area of new town (neu stadt) was full of living, weekend. We walked through lively streets and come to this restaurant to find a good place table at floor, upstairs. We must wait for every...single order movements even this place wasn't full at that time. At the same time we looked at one couple who arrived after us and get ready before us. Reason was that they were dining at floor table, and we suffered from sloowly service on upper level, floor. But late dinner was very enjoyable and taste good. Because of lazy slow service to upstairs we decided to have dessert in some other place

This place is horrible. If it wasn't for the long lasting sunshine over the corner, there would be no great reason to go here. The guys in the kitchen do make some effort and the ingredients aren't that bad. The service is something between non existent and simple rude. 3 people to serve more than 60 guests around Sunday brunch time is probably a bad ratio. If one of them does not actually attend any table, than there is no hope. The time elapsed between our arrival and the food getting to our table was 1h10m. Would be nice if the food compensates for the wait but not even that. The matching between the description, the reality and the price is just loosely coupled.

After a couple of hours digging through CDs and vinyls in the neighbourhood second hand music shops, it was really nice to take a breather at the cozy Eckstein Cafe. It was late afternoon but still early for dinner so the place was quiet. We...got served right away and they brought us English menus with a smile. I had an asparagus, ham and cheese crepe with a side salad and my husband had the salmon salad. Portions were quite generous for the price and the food was very good.
