"Well, I visited it two weekends ago and all because I was visiting beaches in the surrounding area, I looked for a grill restaurant in Colombres and unfortunately one was full and the other the waiters were too rude and I left. I must admit that I arrived a little late to El Chispero... Around 3:30 p.m. but I arrived thanks to maps, the girl who served us on the terrace told us that the kitchen was about to close and we hurriedly ordered the following: some very good ribs, an El Chispero salad that was luxurious with some small apples that were the sweetest I have ever tasted, a good and total Creole chorizo that I ate wonderfully. I plan to return soon! Thanks to the girl for helping us even though she was already exhausted from the day going up and down stairs."

"the site is about 15 min from the plains. is in a secluded area but ideal if it makes good day. has a terrace outside where you can eat. the place itself is very good. It is a clean and welcoming place. the fast and attentive service. We asked for varied, very rich tortos; cod taco, which was original, but it did not get me much; baked leg in the oven, very riquified; solomillo, also very good; and desserts, cheesecake, good; and fried milk, which disappointed me a bit because I had cinnamon and I think it does not hit him. I got them to open the water in front of us, and I didn't get the salad that accompanied the pitcher was already added. In general everything was well cooked and rich. "Puedo asegurar que con hambre no sales de aquí. Veníamos de andar un buen rato. Tanto mi pareja como yo comemos abundante (ambos medimos sobre el 1,80m y nos apretamos haciendo deporte). Vamos, que veníamos hambrientos. Escogimos el menú del día por recomendación de un vecino de la zona, corredor de montaña, con el que heché una buena charla antes de comer. Por 12€/persona nos sacaron una fuente de fabada con el que podrían haber comido 6 personas perfectamente (los 2 nos comimos 2 platos llenos hasta arriba y sobró mínimo para 2 platos más) y una fuente de costillas enorme. Cabe decir que la fabada estaba espectacular!! Tiré el café y la chica me trajo otro sin cobrarme ni un céntimo más por ello. De postre, flan o arroz con leche. Eso sí, creo que porque se vieron un poco a tope en este puente del Pilar, intentamos ser un poco simpáticos con la camarera y el dueño y no dieron pie, a ambos se les veía un poco agobiados por tener todas las mesas llenas. Pero uno debe entender estas situaciones y no valorarlo negativamente, ya que siendo sinceros, no era momento para hacerles perder el tiempo con charreta, aunque fuese para decirles lo bien que habíamos comido y lo que nos había gustado. "Experiencia agridulce. Nos sentamos en la mesa a comer a las 15:30 aprox y a las 16:10 nos llegó el primer plato. Curiosamente había una pareja que se sentó más tarde que nosotros y le tomaron nota más tarde también y cuando estaban terminando, nos sacaron nuestros platos.Habíamos pedido varias cosas para picar entre los 4 comensales ensalada, pulpo, croquetas y zamburiñas) y después un katxopo. Adjunto foto de las croquetas que nos sirvieron más que croquetas, parece un revuelto mala imagen) También pedimos que nos trajeran una botella de agua fría, la cual nos dice el camarero que no tienen, que se han agotado y nos ofrece una botella de agua de cristal a la que accedemos. Pedimos también una botella de vino blanco y nos la sirvieron del tiempo. Para finalizar, le decimos al camarero que nos ponga el katxopo sobrante en un tupper para llevar y para nuestra sorpresa, el tupper nunca apareció. Resumen: buena calidad de comida pero mucho tiempo de espera y mala presentación."
