We waited 1h and half and the food can cold. I do not have words to describe such a bad experience. I am actually feeling a bit sick right now. I hope is not for the bad quality of the dishes

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here, we just ate one of the best meals we have had in our 3 weeks in the canaries. The service was great, and the paella was incredible. It did take 40minutes to come out but we were pre warned by the staff and were glad we waited. If you’re in Naos it’s definitely worth a visit.

Not a good experience. The restaurant has two sides, and there was a fairly large table, about a dozen, in the other side. The staff were completely unable to cope with this. It took 20 minutes to get a menu, and another 10mins for our order to be taken and get some drinks. After an hour we got a bread roll each. I complained about the length of time, they apologised. More time passed. Eventually I cancelled the starter and said we would just have the mains. The food finally arrived about 1 and 3/4 hours after we arrived, by which time both my wife and I had got past wanting to eat and we left most of it. Unfortunately when we went to the restaurant last Sunday they had a large group of about 20 people and the restaurant was also very busy with other diners. On the one hand it meant there was a nice buzzy atmosphere but on the other the service was almost unacceptably slow. We live in La Palma so we are used to a slow pace of life but it was obvious that some of the visitors were getting frustrated, which was a shame because the staff were friendly and when the food did arrive it was very good.
