Von den vegetarisch/veganen Restaurants auf der Insel hat es uns hier am wenigsten gefallen (u.a. hat die Suppe primär nach Instantbrühe geschmeckt, an Gemüse und an Menge generell wurde im Menü eher gespart, die Kombinationen wirkten mehrheitlich einfallslos und es war recht kohlenhydratlastig ohne größere Proteinquellen). It was such a gift being here! We were served a 5-course menu, all organic, ingredients from their beautiful garden!! The food was so unbelievably delicious and wholesome and the staff was so wonderful too! Cannot wait to be back! Thank you for this amazing experience Es Ginebró!

We dined with a 5-course vegan tasting menu plus a very complete and varied dessert, they have their own organic garden and it shows in the preparation of each dish. A quiet place where they take great care of you and have delicious, largely organic food and at a price that is not only affordable, but cheap in relation to the quality.
