"First of all if you want to book a table here you end up on a voice message and are requested to leave your name, contact details, time and date you wish to have a table and then simply hope for the best. Oh, and it is all in French. When I arrived I was immediately told I had to vacant the table 1h45 later as they were double booked. Then I was asked at least 3 times within 10 minutes under what name I had made the reservation, at which point I was still the only one in the entire restaurant. The boss / manager /owner struts around all evening meeting and greeting and pending on where you are seated you hear all the ins and outs of their seating issues. Perhaps drop the 'leave a message' reservation system?? Our sweet waitress was interrupted half way through taking our orders by the same boss / manager /owner starting his rant about the specials. Only for him to stop mid speech, drop everything to go and greet new guests walking in. Which meant leaving us us to ourselves for a good 5 minutes, still without having made any order. The food is ok but the condiments / decorations is rather repetitive and not necessarily linked to the dish served. The desserts appeared hap-hazardly assembled (red fruit with meringue) and the lemon tart was simply stale. One of the staff members was just standing in the main passage for the entire time we where there like some sort of DJ. Strongly suggest the boss / manager /owner hoists up his trendy jeans, drops the attitude and the volume of his voice and re-thinks the customer experience here."
