"Eufrosino osteria attached to the well-known pizzeria a rota. This was my first time and I have to say I was pleasantly impressed. My opinion will be based essentially on two traditional Roman dishes, baked pasta with tail sauce, and boiled meatballs with related sauces, parsley and their mayonnaise sauce. As for the meatballs, there really is nothing to say, the shredded meat is tasty and cooked to perfection with the addition of potatoes, mortadella and pecorino, the breading was also excellent, although thin, it was very crunchy on the palate. Then the lasagna with tail sauce. To tell the truth, I would have expected a thicker sauce, given the many hours of cooking, but I found an excellent, well-executed, tasty homemade sauce with pieces of boiled meat inside that melted in the mouth due to how soft they were. discovery ."

A true neighborhood tavern, with typical Roman dishes prepared exactly as you expect them: tasteful, without frills. The carbonara was appreciated, as were their appetizers and suggestions of the week. Their parmigiana with pumpkin is also tasty, while the fried food, as per tradition, never disappoints. I highly recommend this Osteria, the waiters and all the staff are really kind and friendly and the open kitchen has its own charm. The quality of the ingredients seemed really high and the dishes were made with care. I had a second course as a starter, namely their parmigiana, which I recommend sharing if you want to have something else, Amatriciana with that sauce that is obligatorily called the slipper, made with warm homemade bread. For dessert I recommend ricotta and sour cherries. A relaxing and above all pampered Sunday lunch. Excellent value for money

A very welcoming environment, which deliberately recalls that of the Roman taverns of the 1960s with billiard room furnishing elements (the wooden paneling on the walls and the green chandeliers, for example), with an open kitchen which is always an added value. Very courteous and attentive service. I tried the tonnarelli cacio e pepe which was very good and the beans with pork rinds equally good (if I can make a note, I would suggest the rinds were crunchier and less overcooked). Excellent tiramisu. Average prices, 47 euros for two with a glass of red. They are next to the renowned pizzeria A Rota, in fact the two places are communicating.
