"We were staying next door and we ate here twice once for lunch and another for dinner. In both instances our first course was delicious ! The pasta (especially the lobster one) was amazing so was the seafood platter. And the pasta with tomato sauce was sooo goood! And the pizza is really nice But here's where things went down hill. Our main courses were TERRIBLE. We were so confused. The breaded chicken was frozen TV dinner style fake chicken. It was embarrassing it was like a large chicken mcnugget from McDonalds. Yes I'm being serious. Then the fried calamari was disgusting it had no taste. It was the worst calamari I've ever had. I have to admit I'm quite a passive person, but someone with a little more confidence would have thrown a fit and sent it back to the kitchen.... god it was terrible. And it cost €15 .. I was really upset. The salad it came with was also awful. We left the plate 90% uneaten So if you want a quick bite like pasta or a pizza then go here. If you want a full meal then please stay away. This is not a real restaurant."

we came on family vacation in April, we discovered this restaurant. the boss, reception, staff, service, delicious dishes, everything is perfect. We'll be back in Sardinian in 15 days, and we'll have to go to your house. See you soon. savior, French pizza maker.

we loved it, nice atmosphere, live music, good food, both pizza and fish (meat we didn't taste it). bottled house wine, also good. the service in our case was quick and efficient, the bill in the norm, friendly and smiling staff. I read some negative reviews, personally I don't think I can complain about anything.

We had dinner. eating is discreet but the service is quite poor. The waitress who served us is not of the job absolutely. we asked if it was possible to have a portion of boiled rice seasoned only with oil to take away and they told us it was feasible but they brought us an absolutely unsuitable container. an oa sheet and cast covered with aluminium.

Stopped here for a lunch on our way to La Maddalena. We soon realized it was a bus stop nearby and I guess most of the lunch guests are tourists passing by. We felt very anonymous. We got menues, ordered, waited, got served, ate ordinary hamburgers, paid and left. OK for a stop, nothing special. Can't get used to the common non-existing service mindset around.

We ate here every evening of our weeks holiday in Lu Bagnu. The bar is next to the hotel Rosa Dei Venti. Having never been to Italy before, my expectations of the cuisine was very high. Excalibur did not disappoint. The food was outstanding, tasty, seasoned to perfection. Deserts were scrummy. Gelato was enjoyed each day. The staff were all exceptional, they made us feel very welcome, without fail, even when they were busy. You made out holiday, thank you. X

"I thought a lot before leaving a review. four days for precision. the frame is exceptional. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the place was recommended by the premises. Unfortunately, I don't think a sardinian would ever eat here the prices. present in the outdoor tables together with us only international tourists. the fish we served was absolutely fresh, but this is where the exciting aspects of the experience end. I was wondering how you can ruin your shrimp on the grill for four days. Really. I can't. the fried was very dry but in the end, however not easily digestible. the staff was absolutely friendly and courteous but, despite there were two people who served the tables outside, there were times when there was no one to verify the needs of the customers with one of the waiters who kept chatting instead of looking around. we ordered two dishes, one of which came wrong. on the account there was a voice for a glass never consumed. all correct problems immediately, but the average price of 25% is not justified above the Italian average market for seafood. Then everyone does as they believe, but in my humble opinion a historical place like this, born of a ten-year commitment of the founding family, should not be reduced to having to survive on the basis of an uncontrolled increase in prices. I have long thought of the review until I was in another Sardinian place, far from pine pension (in other country,) where I was ecstatic from quality, attention to the customer and to which the prices were absolutely in line with the market. that means you can really do better. If I hadn't been on the street, just arrived, with a 2-year-old boy and the empty fridge, I probably would have left already after seeing that there were no Italians at the tables. I'm sorry."
