"The food was delicious, everything. We choose by the references we find in the guides; We saw a menu of 5 passes for €42 and, at that price, we decided to try it. But the names of the dishes weren't listed so we weren't too sure about the experience. And it was great: A delicious bread A vegetable pilpil that, for me, was the best, what nuances and flavors in each spoonful! A super original silky eggplant with a flavor of stew. A tuna with pickled citrus that is competing for first place. Surprising and delicious. A veal gizzard that was breathtaking and delighted the novices. (For those who are reluctant to offal, rice with beef stew full of flavor) And a dessert (for me, the weakest) of strawberries with coconut ice cream and burnt meringue. But the fact is that the attention in the room was charming, both from the head waiter, the waitress and the chef, who came out to talk to us and to each table in the place. Next time we will ask for one of the long menus, because we will repeat for sure."

We are a couple from Almendralejo who had dinner last night at this wonderful restaurant. We were recommended by friends who assured us that we would enjoy a great culinary experience, and we did. We ordered the Asina tasting menu with food pairings and it was a total success. Thank the chef for his friendly and familiar treatment with fellow countrymen as well as his team, who explained each dish to us and the reason for each wine accompanying each dish. Totally recommended, we will return!!

A must visit in the center of Gijón. We had been wanting to go for quite some time now and it certainly exceeded expectations. We reserved in advance the short menu for dinner (Asina Menu). A four-course menu and dessert at the chef's choice. Ricardo, the chef of the restaurant, approached us to ask us if we had any allergies or intolerances, or if there was any food that we did not like. The rest is already an experience that I highly recommend. The magnificent treatment and the food, what can I say, spectacular. Thank you very much to all the staff, rest assured we will be back.
