"We visited Vienna to show our friend around who was visiting us from the U.S. During our visit we always go to the NASCHMARKT, a wonderful place, a market, a meeting place, here you will find goodies from around the world. There are quite a few good Restaurants around and this time we picked the Nautilus Fischrestaurant. This was our first time here. The baked Calamari were crunchy and delicious, with a salad. One of us finished the large portion without any problems. The Risotto with Shrimps tasted moist and succulent, a touch of Saffran and spice, but not too spicy. Our U.S. friend chose the Spaghetti Vongole, always a good choice if you like fish. That dish too was very tasty. It was a beautiful autumn day and we sat in the open air Restaurant for more than 2 hours, enjoying our lunch and visit to Vienna. A beautiful crispy Austrian Sauvignon Blanc, followed by Espresso and Latte Macchioto made this a perfect lunch outing in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria. The service was attentive in the beginning, but like it is so often, once the food has been served, it's hard to get the attention of a waiter. And the good news in Europe is always that you can sit in a Restaurant forever, and nobody is chasing you away as other guests are waiting for your seats. We enjoyed our time and visit, especially the food and wine, and will be back, for sure."
