"I had a great experience with the chicken shish! I ordered for takeout for dinner, and it was fantastic. The food was rated 4 out of 5, and I was very pleased with the quality. The service was also impressive, earning another 4 out of 5 for its efficiency. As for the atmosphere, even though it was takeout, the overall vibe was inviting and pleasant, so I give it a solid 4 as well. Price-wise, it was quite reasonable at around £10–20 per person. Highly recommend!"

Ordered 2 kebabs both of which were caked in grease. The one kebab that had salad on had gone off salad that tasted like it had been sat in the sun for hours. Tried to either get a replacement or refund just for the one kebab and they refused. Awful customer service, won't be using them again Food: 1 Service: 1

The prices for some of the food are a complete joke. The last pizza I ordered was €9.90 and had no toppings under the burnt cheese. When I mentioned that Flames in Gloucester charges only €4.99 (a different company) for the same pizza, the staff member smirked and said, "What are you going to do, drive there?" I only gave one star because the chips and vegetables were good. They really take advantage of their location. Service: Takeout.
