"Locale che è una garanzia e riferimento da decenni, uno dei primissimi a Fontane Bianche. Quando si vuole mangiare qualcosa di buono, per tutti i gusti, senza dissanguarsi, sia gastronomia di vario tipo sia rosticceria e, oltre che tavola calda siciliana, anche tavola fredda e quant'altro, caffè e colazioni incluse, il Tortuga è un punto immancabile non soltanto per Fontane Bianche. Sì può consumare anche sul posto, purtroppo non ha mai avuto parcheggio ma è limite di quasi tutti i locali della zona, per una scellerata e sbagliata concezione, molti decenni fa, sul piano urbanistico (pressoché inesistente) e quindi sulle successive costruzioni e gestioni dello spazio pubblico e non solo, cui soltanto in parte si è posto rimedio. Personale valido e cortese, prezzi medi, qualità/prezzo interessante, cibo a volte ottimo, comunque mediamente buono. Senz'altro da provare e consigliare, anche da asporto, se si vuole, praticamente a qualunque ora, mangiare e bere bene senza pretese e senza dissanguarsi, con alcune pietanze prelibate (vedi anche commenti precedenti)."

it seems a simple bakery and instead you eat from fabulous all very good! from rustic to pizza to the first and second, the lady to the cashier a very kind and generous person I recommend to the 100 View menu

very comfortable, climbing from the free beach of white fountains is right there in front. it is present hot table intended as a rosticceria, first and second and also bill meats and goods of first necessity. outside a large veranda to be able to consume. very simple place, but certainly functional. advice!

"a dinner in general good, though with some dripping. the quality of raw materials is certainly excellent but not always appreciated at the most. I felt a bit on the roller coaster with a beaten finish. Although the place I like for its modern and minimal style, I find that there is a lack of personality and identity. the atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. the service was accurate, punctual and never intrusive. special mention to the sommelier who recommended me a great wine and a novelty for me, with the menu degotato. begins with a degotation of oil and focaccia. Stop, you can't leave! among other things all yeast from their products are very unified. the moment of the event is an explosion of flavors, three particular and delicious finger food, especially the enamelled fig. the appetizer provides tuna with figs and pistachios. He was melting in his mouth. pat the bowl with high edges, in which it was served, which made the ooo of knife and fork difficult and the experience less pleasant. the first small descent arrives. spaghetti (for my slightly back cooking) with black garlic, with chili oil and I could stop here because the goto of marinated and burrata shrimp was completely covered. the burrata, in fact, was not allowed. as if it had fallen by mistake, just to get the dish dirty. The latter, personally, would have preferred it in puree, so as to tie everything better. start a new descent with dessert pre: a mango sorbet on the cocoa soil.
