"pre booked a table of younger children, older children and adults including a wheelchair driver. the food was decent and the personal was happy to take care, as they had no special kinder menu, but have adapted a few of the dishes to make them smaller. I had no desserts, but those who believed that they were not as good as the main courses and probably were not made from ground up, but the staff was friendly and the main meals were delicious. beautiful burger! no disabled toilet access, although so the mozens just have to make sure that how the loo is down. they would visit again and like to eat here again."

The pub was in a lovely location straight opposite the rqce course and at the top of a hill with amazing views of the ocean and country side. The pub was friendly and the food was nice.

Really bad. Was served a children’s portion then was told that it was my fault for being vegetarian! To be fair the owner offered to refund my meal or a bottle of wine. Was with a party of seven and will be going to the...Gladstone instead.

We recently tried the home delivery service from this friendly pub known for its tasty roasts during lockdown, and we were not disappointed! The burgers were amazing, and the home-cooked chips were delicious. A big thank you to all the staff!

visited recently for lunch and ended for hours staying — great ambiente, choice of background music and very relaxing . the lauchkuchen was tasty and the wine very cheap — great wine. it made a boring, cold Saturday afternoon a very pleasant. experience we come back.

I stopped by for a quick pint and was greeted by the rudest female hostess. She made it clear that she didn't want me in the pub because I was wearing work jeans. Despite offering me a seat, she then directed me to sit elsewhere, all with a condescending tone in her accent. I was treated poorly throughout my visit and will not be returning to this establishment.

I was recommended to try the carvery at this restaurant after a day at Fox on the Downs, and I was extremely impressed by the generous portion sizes and high quality of the food. I have had many carveries in the past, and this one was definitely amongst the best. There were a variety of meats to choose from, all cooked perfectly. The friendly staff made myself and my partner feel very welcome, resulting in an enjoyable experience overall.
