"We have been really disappointed by the experience. This restaurant has everything to be successful. The location, the atmosphere, the food but let’s talk about the service. I called to book a table and they didn’t announced themselves. Then we called to tell them that we were going to be late and the experience was even worse. The first person just hanged up the call and then the second person asked three times my name and how many we were. The. When we arrived, no hello, no welcome and when my wife asked for the available drinks, the guy replied in a very annoying way. The fondue was good, but, the bread was a pre-cooked bread from the cheapest supermarket. Why on earth serving a fondue with industrial baguette ? Maybe they had an issue with the bread but you can tell us then. So in conclusion, nice restaurant, food was ok but because of the service we won’t go back."
