Excellent value friterie with each order cooked fresh in turn, well located, easily found in Calais, well worth a visit if hungry.

For professional reasons, a beautiful discovery of the claudia fries, reception, humour and professionalism of this institution charmed me. sandwich

Aucune anticipation de la part de la patronne qui sert chaque client un par un. La cuisson des viandes pourrait être mieux anticipée en demandant dans la file... Des délais d'attente très long de ce fait....

claudia being alone in the kitchen the wait was long but it was worth it. fresh fries among the best I have eaten if they are the best to date!! Attention to chti doses, the small fries already content a very hungry adult. We're going back in a hug.

These two dishes were exquisite. The depth and complexity of aromas, reflect the abundance of spices that went into them. The bread was also warm. 9/10. 1. Lamb triangles (paved lamb, capers, Graviera cheese baked in Phyllo) 2. Mohammara (red pepper, pomegranate, walnuts, hate and peasant bread)

For 25 years I spent 4 times a year in a dish and I never eat in a refrigerator, the claudia fries have been the reference for more than 10 years in a dish, I tried all the others, nothing to see. fraicher, home, hygiene, relation quality price. I understand why there's sometimes a beautiful dick. next month, miam!

I've given up trying to find a restaurant for a decent lunch and to enjoy shopping at Cite Europe during our yearly day trip to Calais to collect wine . Instead I avoid all disappointment and, after our trip to the out of town collection warehouse, head back into Calais to the Wed and Saturday market( until 12.30). There we shop for supper back home( a rotisserie chicken, veg, salad, fruit and cheese) and then have a baquette( ham 3e, but loads of other choices/combos) sandwich and frites( 2e smallest size, but a good size portion) from Claudia's friterie. The lady working there is great works like a dervish, the local customers friendly, and you can sit outside and eat it all while watching...

Participants à l 'urban trail de calais le 3 mai dernier nous avions prévus de nous restaurer dans l 'un des restaurants ' 'partenaires ' ' de cet événement. La course ayant pris beaucoup de retard nous ne sommes arrivés qu 'à 22h30 et avons été très déçus de constater que les restaurants soit disant partenaires refusaient de nouveaux couverts à cette heure tardive, le bounty avait même organisé une soirée privée, super partenaire Nous voilà donc à 23h15 encore à la recherche d 'un repas et la friterie Claudia qui devait normalement fermer à 22h prenait encore des commandes ! Merci infiniment à eux pour leur accueil, leur sourire, et les portions généreusement servies qui nous ont réconfort...

In recent years we had some wonderful dinners in Snack Taverna, but had not eaten last year and we were thrilled to discover that the restaurant was open daily during the pandemic. The owner did not stop while supporting his employees, some of whom were concerned to get into work in the worst weeks of the pandemic. They encouraged their customers to order directly from their website and they increased their takeover orders while expanding their outdoor area on Bedford Street. Tonight we had another spectacular dinner with our friends. We shared everything! We started with her fabulous beet salad, lamp triangle and Saginaki . We shared Haloumi Skewers with artichokes and Portobello mushrooms....
