Gail's Bakery Farnham

Great experience last week in Gails Farnham. The bakery was extremely well presented and the staff at the tills very helpful and friendly.

We called in for a coffee and a tea late one afternoon and the drinks were thoroughly good. The cafe was fairly quiet and the service was of high quality.

Never been here before but oh my goodness i will be back.Absolutely fantastic choice of wonderful pastries and assortments. The service was spot on really lovely lady served me. i would have to say worth every single penny. x

Went in this morning and ordered a flat white with semi skimmed to take away.£3.20 for a takeaway!! Had to wait over 10minutes to to be served not in a takeaway cup. The server did apologise and put it in the correct cup. I walked...

Why does this shop no longer accept cash as a payment method? Appreciate it may not a huge issue for most, but inconvenient for some who prefer to use cash, especially when only popping in to purchase a loaf of bread and the occasional cake...

BEST CAFE IN FARNHAM!! Gails is an absolutely fantastic place to sit, unwind and enjoy first class coffee and cakes. It is a happy and friendly environment with a brilliant team of youngsters, who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The customer service is spot on and I cannot fault their efforts to deliver first class service. Unfortunately I have seen some bad reviews on here which I feel are the complete opposite to what I see as a daily customer in Gail’s.
