"Honestly, the name of the restaurant was not sure whether it is not a satisfaction in which two girls could be considered strange. But both the reviews and the concept and food selection sound great, so we had a table reserved and were with you today. On the one hand we liked the modern intérieur without the Kitsch many other Chinese restaurants. No music went in the background à la the Staatsorchester Beijing plays a selection of the most terrible hits of the last 30 years. The service staff were immediately at the table and brought the menus as well as a bowl with Krupuks, and we would not thirsty how three waiters asked if we had already ordered drinks. I had chosen the favorite tea from the ginger boy, consisting of fresh lime, ginger, lemongrass and honey, so it was fruity and refreshing completely without artificial flavors (which does not need a human)! The menu was not overloaded, but it sounded so good. Nearly five minutes after the order, the main course was already served: beef with vegetables on a hot plate with the name of the favorite food of Kaiser Feng . And I must say: the man had taste! All freshly prepared, delicate meat, crispy vegetables, delicate to slightly spicy, without glutamate: delicious! As a supplement he chose me for the handmade noodles by Master Huaidong: delicious! Actually, I was happy after that, even if the selection of desserts sounded tempting. But at least there was room for a cocktail, and the China Colada should be. I was also positively surprised here as he was prepared with coconut milk instead of coconut syrup and was not so sweet. In short, a good evening! Thanks to Chloe (the little Australian) and her fellow fighters! As the terminator said, I'm back!"

Nice place, great service and delicious food. It's a perfect place for experiencing ethnic foods with the family and or friends. Don't miss this!

Delicious plate of spicy prawns and stirred vegetables with a rice bowl. Good service too; only 'negative' side: they don't accept cards but only cash (at least at the moment I was there).

The Gingerboy is my most favorite stop for dinner while in Düsseldorf. The food is great and service is perfect. Met the owner and she is Awesome! A must stop every time I travel to Düsseldorf! Bring cash, they don't accept anything else. View menu

Sometimes outstanding... sometimes below average. Excellent friendly service always. The cocosoup ordered to be not spicy, less than the “light spicy” description of the menu ... it was served exactly the opposite I cannot feel my mouth. The most expensive glass of their white wine..

we were midwife a night in düsseldorf and since we were close to a hotel, we wanted to test the goerboy times. The card is not big but everyone finds what. the food was also very delicious, unfortunately our two tellers did not come exactly at the same time, but I put a lot worth on. we took homemade noodles instead of rice and they were really very delicious but much too little.Pricely higher, had 2 eat and 3 small beer and were at around 40 euros.I would go back!

eating was fantastic. great combinations, on the point cooked. the acupuncture was barely to stop, I had to talk with my companion. the tables are too tight. you have the feeling, everything has to go fast and the tables must be very efficient. the tellers would be removed within seconds as soon as you put the spoon down. that gives a very driven, unreleased feeling. I look out to visit the restaurant again - but I'm going to order it home - because the kitchen was excellent. View menu

when my girls and I meet to eat then it will be with almost 100% safety the goerboy. it is unfortunately not in the city, is really good to reach with the railway. to two you can also have luck to dust off a place, in principle you should reserve - it is really always very full! it is possible to sit outside in a small, beautiful area.My personal recommendation: the duck! very crispy. By the way, the noodles are made themselves and you can watch the cook with a little luck in the half-open kitchen! a real experience.

from the menu you already experience the poetic feeling of asia. as well as under the name "travel through the silk road" is actually the marinated pork with sharp source, from "Lieblings-Essen von kaiser feng" there is bark fillet with seasonal vegetables. to the conclusion there is dessert "wu ji - the rider of the wind", it was world famous Crème-Brûlée.Live can be seen a noodle show, this homemade noodles has tasted us well. the portions were good and one was allowed to wish the different stage of sharp. the service and the ambiente were good! we will visit this again.
