came here with the family am silvester, great food, good value, lively atmosphere, really enjoyed it.

Great Sunday lunch, fresh vegetables and amazing Yorkshire puddings. Service was excellent, I would recommend this.

Drive a while to come here, can some times be hit and miss but still a really nice place to come and eat. Wouldn't recommend eating here in bank holidays can be quite sparse and the staff definitely want to be back home.

the service was absolutely terrible, it took 25 minutes to get 3 drinks from the bar that was not even busy. the waitresses passed several times and have never recognized our finished plates. No one ever came to check whether our food was in order or not, appetizers were expensive for the amount of food received. overall a bad experience.

I met a friend at the restaurant, and we started with drinks at the bar. After that, we took a seat. It was a quiet Monday night, and we were the only customers there. The service was particularly noteworthy and one of the highlights of the evening. The Glasshouse seems to have a policy of hiring many young undergraduate staff, who, upon inquiry, all have fascinating backgrounds. They were not only extremely pleasant but also efficient in their roles. Kudos to the owners for their recruitment efforts! If the current high standards are maintained, I will be sure to dine here regularly.

First time I had been here staff was friendly enjoy a few drinks outside before dinner the sea bass was cooked perfect after dinner Sat in side on the sofas very relaxed vibe. The only thing I would say is order a bottle of white wine witch was warm even though it had came out the fridge after asking a member of staff about it he wasn't much help even though there was more bottle in the fridge that another member of staff said had been there longer overall though a nice place to go

We visited The Glasshouse for a group meal and there were seven of us in total. We all agreed that the restaurant is a beautiful building with lovely decor. The food was fantastic, with steaks cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. There were two friendly young staff members who seemed to be new and were unfamiliar with the menu. However, when an older staff member came over, her demeanor was quite abrupt and almost aggressive. It was also inappropriate for her to be wearing a mini skirt while serving. She seemed to have some attitude issues, which detracted from our experience.
