"Not been for years but always thought a reasonable place and was open on Monday whereas all other Chinese where shut. 2 adults and 2 teens we had mixed appetizers for starter and Wow better than any before we all agreed, succulent bbq ribs, freshly...made satay sticks mmmmm, spring rolls, prawn toast seaweed and prawns in deep fried . Way better than we ever had in the past, then we had special fried rice, chicken chow mein, sizzling chicken black bean and chicken breast and chips, we all got plenty everything was fresh and hot and we all ate every scrap. Reasonable price, no pressure to get tips and very friendly. Could have done with heating on and would benefit from a bit of music maybe and decor but that's an ideal world and would make it too popular and maybe go down in quality. Would recommend and definitely be my first choice for Chinese in Brighouse area."

Today my first visit was in the golden sea and I had a wonderful meal. I ordered the duck soup and the mixed sweet and sour for fried rice, all dishes were fresh and delicious. excellent value for money. the lady who served me was kind and helpful and helped me with everything I needed.
