"19/09/22 ordered food, delivery was over 2hrs late after many phone calls and being palmed off many times by the rude operators. I finally got my order. Unfortunately on this occasion was very poor quality and the call handlers were rude and dismissive. I requested to have a replacement meal but request was denied. I asked the driver why it was so late and he just shrugged his shoulders then left. I have ordered many times through gourmet peri peri Exeter many times before and usually great service. But this has massively changed my opinion on the company. Now will not be using again sadly."

Ordered just under £60 worth of food, all arrived cold, the chicken breast was hard and dry… everyone threw it away, aweful and never again.

Other than the burger the standard of food was poor. The garlic bread was burnt and inedible and the chips were cold. Not as advertised and will not be coming back.

I ordered food, received confirmation email, they took the money then a few minutes latet emailed me again to say they couldn't honour my order and would refund me within 3-5 working days!!! Never ordering here again!

Really Really bad service. They insisted I ordered for collection (which I never do). When I phoned, he was quite rude and not helpful, very dismissive. This is not the first time we have been let down and had to chase our order. Will NOT be going there again!!!!!!

Freshly cooked. Offers different level of spiciness to cater for all palates. Reasonably priced, staff were good and friendly. Fries were good and not cooked in old oil thankfully. Loved the beef skewer, chicken wings and burgers. Only thing would say is the toilet area needs to be cleaner.

I ordered a takeaway from this place yesterday via ubber app and what a disappointment! Their satay is 1 x meat on bbq skewer. The meat was tiny and you could see skewer throughout. I ordered both chicken and beef ones. The beef looked literally like some scraps taken from someone else's plate. The meat itself looked so old and dry or overcooked. The chicken did look better buy not what you would expect to get for 3.99. I could go on and on about my order but there is no point. Will not return there for sure.
