The restaurant is a top-class place with excellent food. Service is great with great views of the city. The interior environment is like classic environment with friendly staff.

This restaurant is up a hill there is a lift but still a short walk up hill. The view is great.It was warn enough to sit outside. The menue was limited but the food was very tasty. The beer of course great.

we have been here for the first time and were not disappointed. the personal was friendly and attentive. eating was ceratiw and very good. we eat every bite. the view of the city below was amazing. will have come back to any

Food up to standard but did not excel. Wonderful views but slow and patchy service. Noise from beer garden next door. Not ideal for a first date and even allow you to linger for hours with only a coffee and drink. Did not ask us...whether we wanted wine with our meal.

A great experience , well situated , great for VIP groups, delicious food , great wines, nice terrace overview img the town and a very pleasant welcome form Mrs. Edeltraut Biere , who is very helpful, reactive and smiling. It was a great diner, which...all of the 70 clients appreciated , thank you

after a day of sightseeing the city we went to grifffenegg schlössle to experience another visit! instead we found a place to sit and have a beer! best beer with the best look, ever! absolute spectacular view of the environment in. all directions! real jewel! the only negatiw is that we loved to stay for another, but they were closed and we were a little rushed to finish our drinks! but it was still a more spectacular way to end our afternoon!

if I could give 0 points, I would be absolutely more terrible. our table was 12 o'clock after we arrived! ‘no specialties available after 12 o’clock’. So we had only 1/2 of the brunch, but of course the full price paid....The brot was clearly very cheap and dry, not what we are used to by the German bakeries. ends with 1 broth roll and 2 slices lyoner. rude waiter, obsolete decoration / tables, overall not too standard. never again! avoid them to all cost and spend the 36eur wisely on another place.

We had a wonderful meal here. It was Asparagus season and just like everywhere else in town there was a menu dedicated to this lovely vegetable. White Asparagus when cooked correctly is so much better than it's little green cousin. We had an excellent wine...made from the grapes of the vineyard we overlooked. Ask for it if you go there, I have unfortunately no idea what it was called. But it was light and crisp and was the perfect accompaniment to the fish (I had) and the asparagus. Desert was tonka bean creme brulee good grief, I was in heaven. Service was excellent, apart from right at the very end when we had to go in search of the bill. In a town full of excellent food, this was the best...

I feel compelled to send this review. We visited the establishment in April 2013 for the first time for a business meeting and it's a really lovely location. I tried to book again for this summer and did it with one of the well known...table booking apps. The booking for a dinner on 24.7. went through but for some strange reason, I did not get a confirmation as is usually the case. I waited a few days and then sent an email and also a message on Facebook messenger. A day later a chap replied on messenger that he would look into it. Another week later, NOTHING! Today, I decided to telephone. Finally, a very nice lady at reception revealed that the whole of the restaurant had been booked by so...
