"We have visited Gusti's numerous times before their expansion and never had a reason to send food back. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we did encounter some issues. Despite this, the situation was handled well, which is why I am giving them 4 stars. We opted for the pre-theater meal and while the main courses were good, two of the starters (meatballs) were served cold and the mussels were in a watery sauce, making them inedible. The gamberoni we shared between four of us was delicious. The cold meatballs were quickly replaced, but my companion chose not to have the mussels replaced. The mains were good, although it took two requests and 15 minutes to receive our second drinks. The staff was friendly, but it seemed they were understaffed as it was very busy. The restaurant has been nicely renovated, but on this occasion, it did not meet the standards we had come to expect. Hopefully, this was just an off night for them, as they are lovely people and I wish them continued success."

The staff was extremely friendly!! The food was amazing for the price!! They even made a customised pizza to fit my cravings!! Definitely worth going if you’re up for some Italian.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the restaurant is nice and cosy inside. The food was delicious but maybe a not as authentic as I'd hope from Italians but most are other Italian restaurants are the same. Took a star off only for this reason as I really like trying it the way it was intended.

We went for Christmas day dinner. What can I say, other than amazing! Staff were welcoming and excellent. They food was brilliant. I had the steak for my main and it was melt in the mouth. We have been out for Christmas Dinner a few times over the last few years and have always been underwhelmed and disappointed but everyone was raving about this one. We are already planning on going back next year, although possibly a little later as we had booked very late so only was left.
