"The food was cold. My chips was soggy and the salt pepper chips was mashed chips with no flavour. Was given the wrong sauce and my chop suey roll wasn’t crispy. I also spent £22 and didn’t recieve any free prawn crackers like you do everywhere else. Sorry for the disappointment review but it’s the first time I’ve ever ordered from here and with the quality of the food I wouldn’t order again."

We usually love happy family but not this time. The chips were slimy, chicken was very chewy, no flavour to the sweet and sour sauce. Will say as usual the delivery time was good, staff really helpful in changing items on the set meals, extra prawn crackers and fortune cookies sent.
