"The starters and first course were excellent, and the waitress was very courteous, respectful, welcoming, and attentive. We were able to relax and linger after the meal without feeling rushed, which was pleasant. However, the Eton Mess dessert I had was a bit disappointing as it had hardly any meringue and very little fruit, mostly consisting of ice cream. The ladies' toilets needed some attention as there were used paper towels everywhere and some of the toilets were not flushing. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant evening overall and enjoyed the variety of dishes available for the starter as well as the salad bar."

Nothing wrong with food, well cooked but found it rather bland, portion sizes are smaller than used to be, not the harvesters I remember.Staff were polite, courteous, and attentive.

Nice little restaurant. Service was good. The food was average and did expect better. First visit to a Harvester for a while and did not think the food was at a standard that have had in the past.

The food was good some of he staff was ok but wen it came to the drinks they kept forgetting the drink for my daughter but also wen the food came which was amazing value for money they didn't even offer the sauces for the food s9 the chips ended up being dry without any sauce

The food arrived cold and the waitress did not clear away our empty plates after we finished our starters. She seemed more interested in chatting with other staff than serving the few customers in the restaurant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning. We were expecting better.

The young lady who served us at 5.00pm on 14 December was very bright and bubbly and made it a pleasant time. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. My friends and I always come to Harvester for meals as it close by to where we live and the food and staff is excellent. I would recommend Harvester to anyone who is looking for a lovely meal

The staff were friendly but we waited for ages for our order to be taken. We waited a long time for our food to be delivered. All three members of the party had cod and chips and the cod, while nicely cooked, was bland and tasteless. One member of the party had about 6 chips in her pot and had to request a decent portion. There was also no ice cream, meaning virtually no desserts.

for a few years we have come here regularly. next to the excellent service and the meal. there are good parking....and the staff is very attentive and always have a smile on their faces. they are always looking forward to the annual festive meal.......and it was good until the usual high standard at midday today. they know that prawn cocktail star is a real winner....can be a good idea to include it on their regular menu? ... thanks again. is looking forward to the next visit. mike bondy.
