Let me explain how you left a voice mail message on my phone less than 24 hours before my booking time, cancel the 1.00 pm assignment, as the restaurant would not be open until 4.00 hrs. We had no other way to cancel our family birthday meeting and find an alternative venue in the short term. Disgusting, angry, angry, etc. we will not use or recommend the fork outlet again"

Staff friendly and patient. I was on a reunion with old school friend so we were catching up for ages. We weren’t pressured to eat up and move on.

Everything was really good. It’s just very noisy but that’s not a big problem. But can’t really have a conversation with out having to raise your voice

Had a lovely lunch there. Salad was super fresh and delicious and food great. Service was excellent. Lady who took our order was super friendly. Would recommend.

We came in as a party of 5 and were seated at a ‘nice table’ (as told to us) beside a very large and loud birthday party we could not talk between us as we could not hear each other despite numerous tables downstairs being free.

Staff were pleasant but some of them didn't seem to know what they were doing. Also things not available I.e no custard, we ordered a mojito which when it came had no mint or lime. Fudge brownie cake came cold and had to be sent back 3 times to warm it up

Waited ages to order. Then plates and cups everywhere so drinks were being spilt because table was full, steak was as dry as a bone and full of fat so didn’t eat it steak was £17.99 only took £7 off meal and I didn’t eat any of it. Kids meals were horrible.

It was a quiet lunchtime and the three of us chose the kids meals as we don't eat big portions and we like the salad bar. The waitress was very polite and helpful. The salmon was sold out so we changed what we wanted and it was lovely. Good food and just the right amount, leaving us enough room for a dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll be back.
