Great burgers with tasty homemade sauces and friendly service. Location is practical but not exactly inspiring.

the meat is good, the cheese is good, the fries are good, the service is good! It is expensive yes but man the burgers are the best i had in europe till now. If i could afford it i would eat there 3 times a day!

The food is nice but overpriced - there are other burger restaurants in Zurich who have better burgers at a fairer price. The service is really slow and won't ask you for a second drink or dessert. It took us 20 mins to even spot her for asking the bill.

I like this place because it's a normal place, a place for burgers and because burgers are good; and in my case the VEGGIE burger was good. Service is great and friendly and menu is straight forward..it's a burger place, fries and a few other stuff. Been there 2 times in the last 6 months. And well located.Price for 2 people 50.- with drinks.

We were in a hurry and interested in a quick bite to eat and found this place as we were leaving our parking garage (no kidding.) The waitress was friendly, and the food was good. I had the burger and my wife and the chicken sandwich. There is no ambiance, no view, but good food and the service was great. Oh, and the prices were pretty good considering it's Zurich.

So this was my 3rd visit in the Helvti Diner, and after enjoying burgers the first two visits, I decided to try the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Bad decision. Whatever I was served, it looked nothing like a cheesesteak, it tasted nothing like a cheesesteak. So the verdict is clear: This place is only for burgers, nothing else. Those are great. Probably the best burgers in Zurich.Everything else is fine: Service was very friendly and fast. The place is nice and clean. It looks and feels like an american diner (at least from the inside.)

Right, went first time for dinner and had the chicken sandwich with extra egg, fries and as desert I choose the muffin with Ice cream.How was it?So the staff was friendly tho a little slow, they been talking a lot rather than checking the few tables that where used.
