"The dishes were average, we asked for a tartare with egg and it arrived without egg and looked like minced meat, good cutlet. What I absolutely cannot justify or accept is the VERY BAD quality of the service, which affects the overall value of the restaurant and the final price of the dinner. The waiter, presumably the head waiter, was rude in his manner, left the plates on the table in a rude manner, shouted at his colleagues and mistreated the younger waiter, all with a haste that surpasses even that of fast food restaurants, leaving us embarassed. Excelente restaurant! Bisteca Fiorentina is the best, never had such a good piece of bisteca as at Terza Carbonara. The restaurant is also Celiac friendly, with options of food without gluten. The service was very friendly and weither brought extra Gluten free bread. Since 2010 I visit this restaurant when I am in Milaan and it is always great!
