"Was told I could have a drink and fries on terrace while waiting for next boat. Ordered drink and was being prepared then she told me I could order fries alone without a whole large meal (I have 35 minutes until my boat and allergies. No small plates of food except Caesar salad (allergic to dressing . I chose to eat here bc at the door she said I could order just fries and a drink. The place across the squealed was nicer and very friendly staff; but only space inside in bar and next time I will go there. My French is fine yet here she wouldn’t speak to me in french, was short and curt and told me my beer choices were French or Belgian; was annoyed when I asked which French or Belgian. Not sure why she bothered to tell me I could eat here. Maybe bc everywhere else is busy and they are almost empty. Now I know why. I assumed maybe she couldn’t speak French but then she was very friendly to a French couple beside me, in french. The male server was very friendly- in French. Nice views of boats/ water. Beer was fine. No idea about the food bc she wouldn’t let me buy anything unless I ordered perch or Caesar salad; the 2 things she pushed."

price very excessive service not to the height this restaurant remaining very well placed is rather a tourist trap given the steps not to the level of what is right to expect given the prices practiced.

31€50 for fries and a few nets of warm and cooked meunière perch at the very beginning it is flight and in addition to any. I thought I saw four stars at the entrance! They're not in the kitchen anyway. We don't care about the client clearly. And we had to wait to have room.Only positive, the pigeon is well received.

This restaurant is perfectly placed on the main port of Yvoire and one of my favorite places to take family and friends due to its ideal location. Filets de perches are very tasty here but I like that there are lot of other choices here compared to most local restaurants in the region. Staff is friendly and also there is always someone who can speak English.

31€50 for a plate filled with half fry, a quarter for the salad and the last quarter for just about ten nets of warm and toasted meunière perch in the fast way. It's lamentable. The only positive point is reception and service. the terrace really has no interest unless they are close to the water. And again, you have to do with the tourist stream that passes in front.Zero pointed for the kitchen. View menu

We reiterate our opinion of March 2016 after having seen the show "welcome to the hotel" and heard the unacceptable criticisms that the two owners of the verna jules dared to do on the other competitors. It's a shame when we lived our experience at the restaurant with the total lack of professionalism of the staff. we left without dessert and without having had our bottle of wine before having finished eating the dish will make very mediocre lake for unjustified prices. A tourist trap. How can we spoil such an exceptional situation?

This restaurant (which I believe is now under new management with a new name) is brilliantly located on the waterfront in Yvoire. Apart from that, the rest is fairly average. The food (you go there essentially for filets de perches) is ok but nothing special. Portion sizes adequate but not huge. Service friendly, although despite having a booking we were directed to a table towards the hotel, while several waterfront tables were free and indeed remained empty for the while meal. Wine list was ok. Price was typical for Yvoire i.e. a bit pricey, but you pay for the location. Overall not bad, but nothing special.

small stop by visiting yvoire, we throw our devotee on this restaurant, well located and lunch on the terrace. We don't take aperitif, and already the tone changes. lemon perch frying and poultry supreme with a bottle of evian and 2 coffees for 72€. Coming, English, curved and plaid, (which we didn't have) and the smile of the waitress falls when they order only 2 large coffees. While, Swiss arrive and order aperitif and the suite. In conclusion, the meal was correct, but the atmosphere was not in conformity with the profession, which makes it not an unforgettable moment. Going to the pirate's restaurant next door, I think you'll be better received. View menu

we went this noon to three in this restaurant, were drawn by its attractive map and its ideal location with a breathtaking view of the lake! We've been delightful. the mouthing: cream burnt with foie gras, sincerely impossible to know that it was foie gras, really no taste, the suite was not better, foie gras with pineapple jam accompanied by its brioche: foie gras choking badly pissed net of will purée sweet potatoes to thyme, the fish although the end was badly cooked and not of the whole seasoned, the purée squarely 1 bottle of water and 3 glasses of red wine for the modest sum of 178€!!! It's shameful and it's a tourist catch, we'll never go back!!!

for having tasted the same dish as the person who filed the previous notice, i.e., perch nets (to €30), and in response to the automatic e-mail of luciole 74000 (in charge of public relations of the restaurant). I see that a very negative majority of opinions about your institution has been posted on this site since 2016, and I am sincerely concerned that I must confirm these large gaps in terms of quality, quantity and price! in addition to exorbitant prices, the children's menus (at 18€ , fried and dessert-free...and cold) are not displayed on the map. I like to think that this kind of establishment can not last in time, as in the time of the blue waves ;)conclusion : tourist restaurant !!...
