House Of Farnell - Menu

We didnt get into eat. There was a 6 table waiting list and we weren't offered to be the 7th : the Halloween stuff in the shop looked cool but was quite pricy

Always a lovely trip out to Farnell, popped out to visit the cafe and have some of their famous Danish doughnuts and have a wee look around the shop. Lovely friendly staff. Can't wait for next year's visit.

Went in once, the table was leaning over as the foot had fallen off, no one bothered to fix it, so I did it myself, place is cramped then they forgot part of the order, could hardly move in the shop part, only one loo! View menu

What a fantastic place!!! Full of lots of interesting Easter gifts at very reasonable prices and the coffee shop is superb. The Rosetta sandwich's are superb and scones freshly baked. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area

Lots of Unusual Christmas items for sale in shop, but had a Long wait to be seated in cafe as it was busy. Staff very pleasant and welcoming but felt there was not much selection/ variation of sandwiches. Still a nice day out and will return , especially for the lovely Cakes

Lovely place to come to pick up the odd Danish themed Christmas gift, its only open for winter months. It has a cosy little Danish cafe with a limited menu but delicious mini pancakes and soup. I wouldn’t go miles out of my way but when in the area it’s definitely worth a visit. Gifts vary in price from £10 £100 or so, fun to browse. View menu

Heard about this place and decided to give it a go. We stopped for coffee and a scone. Not only were the scones baked on the premises but they were large and served warm with delicious jam. Prices were reasonable and the lunch menu looked very inviting. Shame it is only open for a few months of the year, we will definitely be going back.

The House of Farnell is situated a few miles outside Brechin, but the post code will work perfectly with your Satnav. We were ready to get a few new bits and bobs for our Christmas tree and were absolutely spoiled for choice here, with lots of unusual and very attractive pieces many of which only cost two or three pounds a piece. It’s a lovely shop to visit and, although we didn’t use the cafe, it also looked very inviting.

Great little hidden gem in scotland Great cafe coffee shop Christmas decorated all year round Lovely nordic unusual Christmas decorations. The nordic soap is worth buying, will be ordering my next lot online as I live 330 miles away. Great to know you also have a Web site. Well worth a visit if your in the area, especially if you love Christmas like I do.
