"If someone asked me to suggest one, and only one, cafe to visit in Berlin I would say House of Small Wonder without even thinking. My first impression when walking through the doors was "wow this is picture worthy", and calling House of Small Wonder a "hipster cafe" is not exaggerating a bit. However that might be exactly what gives it this amazing atmosphere. It's hard to describe, but the lovely waitresses, the wonderful 70s/80s music and the nice decoration makes for an extremely cosy and special atmosphere. Now I know what your asking; what about the food? Well, I can not even begin to describe how good it is. From the sweet French toast crossiants with fresh fruit and whipped cream to traditional Japanese onigiri this place knows how to brunch!! If you visit you'll be sure to leave full and happy! It's worth to keep in mind that this is not a super cheap cafe, but what you get for the money is so so so so worth it! House of small wonders, I will be back!"

what they can do with simple irons is simply amazing. at the point, delicious, full filling, try a mouse. we tried croque madame and biscuit benedict, both great, really.

All day brunch was perfect after arriving late the evening before. There's an option for everyone, from yoghurt with fruit to sandwiches or eggs. The lunch menu looked great too! View menu

the location is expensive and the quality and presentation of drinks and eat very bad. nothing special in contrast to the great location and the building. not to recommend, at least try to more “thinkability” and “love” in what they do. much luck!

Krásná kavárna-bistro, obsluha velice příjemná i přes to, že mají pořád plno a na místo mnohdy i čekáte. Super atmosféra. Jídlo vynikající, skvělá káva a úžasné matcha latte. Dát si zde ke snídani mimózu je prostě báječné! Mohu jen doporučit (byla jsem tu asi 3x a pokaždé super).

This truly is a place of small wonder. It's a cute little cafe for breakfast and brunch on the second floor (imagine windows open with a light breeze). The decor is rustic and makes you feel very much at home. Staff are friendly and the food is great. It's not a huge menu but it offers variety from traditional breakfast items to Japanese flavor.

worst experience. the ordered hot chocolate was cold. the service type made the impression of being on drug. the croissant french toast was a simply cut croissant with sirup and a very small fruit salad. euro the madame croque was burned and drowned in. Bechamel sauce. and above that the waiter simply forgot my court! I have paid euro and starved. the waiter didn't even ask if everything was okay. only positiw is the inner! make her mind when they sit in a cool location and pay for really bad food. there are better places than that.
