I ordered a brownie w/c had a hummingbird logo stenciled/sprinkled on top of it. It was okay...... just okay... I also had a cupcake, i remember eating the cupcake while i was walking around portobello road, maybe i got distracted from all the things around me that i can not tell up until now if it was yummy or not.

If you want rose, carrot (recommended), chocolate, vanilla, Prince William's dressed cupcakes accompanied by a coffee or tea, this bakery is a must-visit. A well-known chain in England, this cupcake house even has its own cookbook (which can also be found on their website). They are located throughout the city. The South Kensington location remains my favorite by far, with its few seats outside and friendly staff.

We got to know this bakery thru a friend in Dubai. She said that their rainbow cake makes her happy when she's feeling down. True enough, it makes you smile while eating it. So when we visited London, we made sure to drop by and buy the rainbow cake. The shop is small so it's best to take away. I also bought the mile high chocolate and its so good!! I love their interior and packaging. Makes you want to come in when you pass by.
