"We had rented the Trattoria for a family celebration (42 people). We were offered four menues as a buffet in advance; one of them we took over and could change three positions without problems. Ms. Angela di Liberto received from us an Excel table with table order and table cards. She carefully implemented our ideas. The table decoration was in its responsibility; it was appropriate to the occasion and was admired by the guests. At the beginning of the celebration Prosecco were presented and the celebration opened with a few words. The buffet was exactly applied and opened in the process. We have some buffet experience, but we would like to say: All warm dishes were very warm; the meat of the fish was tender and tasty. We had to experience this in other well-known restaurants hotels quite differently (cold, dry, tough, fad). The dessert came the sequence of the dishes of the buffet perfectly. The attention of the team is also to be assessed as excessive in terms of the beverage service. Summary: Optimum Italian restaurant for larger celebrations in a beautiful, appealing ambience with a qualitatively higher level; happy again!"
