"after a walk to look for the sulphur and the cascara and after a further vent for the ancient mountain, we arrived in the village and decided to eat in this trattoria: before we consumed all the water they had in the fridge. and in the vending machine! Then we ordered a rich appetizer with a soft focaccia: delicious. waiting for my boar ragù pasta that was really great, including the other shoes have chosen pork with baked potatoes that I must say were really good. The price was honest and good also the sweets that prepares the lady, that is the cook. we promised to return with the beginning of winter to taste further delicacies told by the owner: so there will be a follow! For the moment, recommended!"

This restaurant makes us proud to be Italian and let us tell you why. Every single person working at this restaurant makes you feel like your home. We were the only table when we arrived for lunch. Within 20 minutes the place was packed. The Maialino con patate was cooked to perfection...a crazy party in our mouth. Zuppa con funghi e castagne out of this world, the fettuccine con sugo al cinghiale a masterpiece. The antipasto di affettati full of local flavors. One of the most amazing experience at the personal and culinary level. We are considering moving to the nearby town of Oriolo Romano just to be closer to this gem. Ragazzi, siete troppo forti
