"I'm not suggesting we didn't book. the place, simple and welcoming, was complete. a very kind girl told us that soon she would get rid of a table and so we waited. once sitting the wait was about twenty minutes, reasonable time given the influx of adventurous. we ate two pizzas, to say little fabulous and baked in wood oven, a medium beer, bottle of water and two desserts. honest price, at the time of paying, the girl who had welcomed us offered us coffee and bitter. what to say was a more than positive experience, local to recommend to those who go to the restaurant to find delicious foods. compliments to the management that, although true it has made us wait for full cause therefore understandable, has a very courteous doing. If we recapit here we will definitely return."

The food is good but the people seemed to be stressed, they also forgot some dishes and they brought the food after 1 1/2 hours but separate

we arrived late, indeed, very late, they were closing, and anyway they made us sit and served tuna at the pistachio and fried. All right. I will continue to come

Tried twice for pizza take away. A bit rigid in accepting orders is out of their time frame. A bit too much tomato on the pizza. Price in line with San Vincenzo rates.

We're back a year and I'll be back. medium-range pizza, friendly service, average account. I think the anchovies to the poor in the original recipe are really worth tasting. to ask for a bitter of the best house of many famous brands

internally cute, (especially the outside with tables in the garden,) although located in a position not quite comfortable compared to the center. Certainly of very good quality of food (good and abundant Tuscan appetizer, very good lemon tagliatelle and especially top of the fried calamari tops and vegetables really excellent as well as abundant). I am absolutely good and honest, what does not convince is the organization and more in general the service...some examples:-the staff leaves us long on the entrance door passing us in front of several shoots without worthy of a look, except then to put us at the table after having noticed that we had a reservation....;- once seated continues the w...

"We visited Zenzero several times whilst on a family holiday in Puglia. Our hotel was beautiful but the dinner menu was a little too fancy and not really to our taste. We asked a member of staff where he would eat locally and he immediately recommended Zenzero we are so glad that he did. Zenzero is a small, friendly, family run restaurant with a great atmosphere and fantastic food, enjoyed by mainly local people. The menu is only in Italian but that was no problem because one of the restaurant assistants, the lovely Sylvia, also speaks fluent English, French and some German. All orders are taken by the owner Dino who, along with Sylvia, was so friendly and could not have made the three of us feel more welcome. A wonderful daily selection of fresh fish is displayed each evening in a glass topped cold store, just inside of the entrance. We thought the Sea Bass baked in sea salt was amazing, only to be surpassed by grilled Turbot on a later visit. Our young daughter loves Pizza and was taken to meet the dedicated Pizza Chef who showed her how her order was made, prior to placing it into the traditional Pizza oven. Do try the house special starter selections which were all so delicious, as indeed were the deserts, especially Sylvia’s Panna Cotta. . The wine list is small but good and, like the food, very reasonably priced. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this excellent, traditional Italian restaurant, it certainly helped make our Italian holiday more special."
