"Cream, butter, oil and fat: this is the only memory our stomachs and us can only remember about this place...we had plain cold cuts, two gnocchi and a roasted chicken...everything has been terribly fat and difficult to digest. With a terrible half liter of sparkling one and a cold coffee it has been 71€...farm holidays? No simply a nightmare and a place where not to go one more time... Have you find useful this review? "This restaurant is amazing! Real sense of authentic food. Once you sit down you get a delicious small appetizer with parmigiano reggiano cheese as we are in the region where it’s produced) that you cut on your own and small delicious “crescentine” also typical dish, bread dough fried and served warm)…all this accompanied by a glass of extra dry prosecco, Metodo prosecco. The owner, Antonio, declaims all the plates in a theatrical way with great enthusiasm and it’s nice that after pronouncing them he leaves you a while to discuss and decide ..a sensitivity many other places miss starring at you expecting a quick decision….. We were sure about focusing on the first courses but the choice was wide….when Antonio came back we asked him a suggestion and he solved the doubt offering us a tasting of 3 different plates to share, that was great! We had pumpkin ravioli in which I could finally feel well the pumpkin taste, red radicchio ravioli with a sauce of parmesan cheese and red vinegar and last but not least a typical dish called “bomba di riso”…rice bomb. This was something amazing, risotto baked in oven with a covering of butter and bread crumbs with a pigeon stuffing….we had to share but I could have eaten few of those! Antonio explained us it was an ancient typical recipe of that region and 3 cooks serve to prepare it well. During the first courses we drank a half liter bottle of Amarone di Valpolicella by Lamberti, wonderful. Our pleasant meal finished with a mix of desserts and a glass of passito but we stopped the arrivals after few cakes tasting as it would have been too much…all delicious. So …if you visit Parma or Reggio Emilia you can’t miss this place, if you meet Antonio say hello from Top Italy Experience."
