"It's such a shame when a restaurant with great food comes with terrible service. We went on a Monday when it was busy as there was an ice hockey game on so we appreciated the staff had a lot to do so we were very patient. However, there is no front of house service so naturally you approach the nearest thing being the bar area to get the staff to acknowledge you. The staff here would shout constantly to random people to get you some service and still nobody would appear. When you did get a table feeling like you had greatly inconvenienced them, you would have to wait a while to get some drinks and then your food order to be actually taken. The only thing that made us stay was the food. It was lovely, great size and reasonably priced. However, good luck trying to pay for it. We had waited 20 minutes after asking for the bill twice so I decided to put my coat on and head to leave hoping it would grab attention and hopefully pay at the bar on the way out. On our way out, other tables were obviously having the same issue and some wanted more drinks and desserts which were just not coming or being offered. I finally demanded to pay before I just left the restaurant at the sheer lack of customer service or effort to allow you to pay for your food but even giving them money was treated as a burden to them. After enjoying the food, we returned later that week and hoped with no events on that the staff might be better organised. To our disappointment it was even worse. We weren't acknowledged for a good 5 minutes and decided to just seat ourselves in which we attracted some attention and we ordered our drinks immediately in which 3 members of staff took our order and we still couldn't get the drinks to the table or grab their attention for our food order. There seemed to a few of the women who were proactive in cleaning and clearing and a figure we assumed must be the manager who was more interested in hovering over staff and laying tables for future customers than their current ones. We finally got our food which was just as lovely as the first time and despite wanting further drinks it was clear this was not going to happen so we braced ourselves for the battle of the bill. This time I asked the manager for the bill and he spent around 5 minutes asking other staff to do so and continued to hover and be no use. We had to ask 3 times for our bill before we began the getting dressed ritual in order to attempt to hurry them along. Again, service needs some organisation and attention and must be addressed. Luckily for this establishment, the kitchen staff were clearly the only ones working hard."

it was a nice and lovely restaurant with delicious italian food in kitzbuhel. Mussels and quatro formaggi penne were perfect.

We tried pizzas. They are quite good for reasonable prices for this area (9-11 eur,) although they are not that rich. You won't be able to get specials after 3pm.

We had some meals there and the quality was good, not excellent, but the restaurant is only for people who played tennis in the stadion but not for a nice evening.

Seafood pizza was good, shrimp pizza even better! Rose ok, as red wine. Ambiance average, but this is a very friendly laidback place. On the way to destination. Could not have asked for better food!

We eat pizza here regularly during normal times and wanted to give them a thumbs up for continuing to provide quality pizza during lockdown. The process to get pizza is as simple as every, a phone call, get in the car, collect the pizza. I think they even deliver within a given range. We will be back to sit and eat :

Ristorante Don Luigi is located within the Sportpark of Kitzbuehel which is about 5 min walking distance from the center of the city. Very convenient location because of easy to find parking spots. From the restaurant you have a nice view of the famous Hahnenkamm. You will find here the best Pizza and Pasta in town and also very reasonable prices. Try also the Gnocchi with Pesto

After a thorough review of the pizza scene in town we opted for this place to satisfy our cravings (it was also recommended by our concierge . And he was right, the pizza was really great, one of the better ones I had in a while. The place is run by Italians, so they know their stuff : The burrata we started with was also good. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they have outside seating too overlooking the tennis courts. Lots of parking outside as the place is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the inner city.

"Eating lobster in Kitzbuhel is counter-intuitive and this place confirms it. Apart from serving different types of lobster, it also serves Argentinean steak in a hot stone , some shrimps (imitation of the Spanish gambas al ajillo and that 's pretty much it. It also serves appetizers...and salads -we went for the scallops and the double -salmon and tartare. The four scallops of the appetizer are small (in the US they are called bay scallops , flavorless, and they come with slices of a cheddar-looking cheese, croutons, everything on top of a salad full of dressing. This combination resulted in a bad dish in desperate need of re-thinking. The Double was quite decent, with the exception that the tartare had no toast. The dish came with butter though, which was then probably meant to be eaten directly with the tartare without toast, or with the heavy bread below the salmon. Fine, whatever. The tartare was good and the Salmon OK. I must pause on our food here and focus on our neighbors ' food, unfortunately. They ordered the Argentinean steak . We noticed it because the smoke of the skillet (skillet, not hot stone btw, in spite of the menu saying hot stone came straight to our table, since the tables upstairs are very close to each other. As a side note, Argentineans do NOT grill their steak this way -it would be outrageous. The way this restaurant serves what they call Argentinean steak seems to be close to the way the Japanese grill their Wagyu -which is grilled on a skillet because the large amount of fat permits it (and it tastes incredibly delicious . However, taking what would otherwise be an amazing Argentinean steak and slicing it in thin cuts -and then giving it to the customers for them to fry in a hot skillet (that gets cold with time, something we could tell by the diminution of smoke invading our table should be punishable, if not by jail, at least by bad reviews . The lobster came and, in this case, the flavor of the sauce (we ordered the Chardonnay was better than the ingredient itself. The lobster was reasonably sized, and for 70 Euros you can have a better one probable anywhere, with the possible exception of Kitzbuhel. By then, it was hard to smell the lobster -all we could smell was our neighbor 's food. So.... don 't go there. It 's bad, it 's overpriced and you leave smelling of poorly cooked steak, even if you ordered lobster."
