fashionable place where everything is studied, with very beautiful furniture elements. we went on the first day of opening after closing for covid and we took the cutter of meats and cheeses and the croston with burrata (the kitchen has not yet returned to work in full regime) and I must say that the products are all of the first quality. excellent also the choice of wines! recommended!

in the store is a place that deserves all my 5 most praised stars! I've been tonight for the first time and I've been so pleased that I can't wait to come back. a great choice of wines and traditional osteria dishes with really unmissable flakes! (the cace and where they are applause) the place is very well looked after with really cool details and furnishings! the impeccable service without doubt. I'm going to visit.

Pranzo domenicale indimenticabile. La raffinatezza e la ricerca nei piatti li rende tutti unici nel loro genere. Consigliatissimo l'uovo croccante con tartufo, e il ramen abruzzese, una rivistazione del tipico piatto giapponese che non ha nulla da invidiare all'originale. Per chiudere una crema pasticciera con frutti di bosco che con il contrasto cremoso/croccante chiude una piacevolissima esperienza. Da tornarci assolutamente!

In Bottega è un locale che merita tutte le mie 5 stelle più lode! Sono stato stasera per la prima volta e sono rimasto così soddisfatto che già non vedo l'ora di tornarci. Una grande scelta di vini e delle pietanze da osteria tradizionale con chicche davvero imperdibili! (le Pallotte Cace e ove sono da applauso Il locale è molto ben curato con dei dettagli e arredamenti davvero cool! Il servizio impeccabile senza dubbio. Straconsiglio una visita!!! :

Il mio nuovo locale preferito, Sono stato in questo locale in una giornata d’autunno con la pioggia fuori e un leggero frescolino, la situazione era perfetta. Come sono entrato mi sono subito sentito a mio agio, tra il tepore del locale e l’attenzione del personale. Locale molto figo, piatti eccezionali, abbiamo provato tartare, ramen abruzzese e hamburger, carta vini considerevole. Che dire meritatissime. Provare per credere. Ci vediamo presto ragazzi

Local characteristic: is out of hand definitely, but it offers qualities that largely repay the trip. to a man's size, the high index of reception is observed. the service is attentive: kindness towards the customer and technical preparation on the menu items and on the kitchen. also high attention to anti covid standards. very high quality oat products. prices are in line with the quality of the premises. I recommend it to those who are looking for a pleasant evening, unique, sought after, of quality.

of this restaurant first I enjoyed the well-kept industrial furniture, including the equipment. we stayed in August then the menu was fixed and planned: Welcome of the chef of cold gazpacho, vegetable appetizer to different cuisine, two first tortellini to the porcini and guitar with the pallottina. the second of steam lamb with potatoes. to conclude a dessert to the spoon and small local pastry. I liked everything, just the dessert that didn't hit me. delicate lamb and show spaghetti. the wine card contained several choices that were not present or there was only one bottle. were all known wines from Abruzzo. slow service (we are ocytes at 17) and they forgot to bring us a third bottle. eve...

Di questo ristorante in primis ho apprezzato l'arredamento industrial ben curato inclusa l'apparecchiatura. Siamo stati per ferragosto quindi il menu era fisso e prevedeva: benvenuto dello chef di gazpacho freddo, antipasto di verdure a diverse cotture, due primi di tortellini ai porcini e chitarrina con le pallottine. Il secondo di agnello a vapore con patate. Per concludere un dolce al cucchiaio e piccola pasticceria locale. Ho gradito tutto, unico il dolce che non mi ha colpito. Aver trovato la ricercatezza e la bontà nei piatti di questo piccolo locale in un paese abruzzese che è Rapino, piccolo borgo in provincia di Chieti, è la conferma dei tanti tesori nascosti che abbiamo nella nostra regione. Locale arredato con gusto, servizio attento e cordiale ma soprattutto preparato nel descrivere i piatti e la loro preparazione ed elaborazione con materie prime eccellenti. Un particolare elogio ad un antipasto (vitello tonnato) che per tecnica e sapore della carne con la sua morbidezza ed i capperi sapientemente utilizzati e di grande qualità darebbe filo da torcere al piatto tipico Piemontese dal quale trae origine questo antipasto freddo ma che può essere anche un seco...
