"some of the dishes we ordered never arrived, we have repeatedly asked for drinks because they have not arrived. I had informed before the booking that it was our daughter 18th and asked for a small plate of desserts with a radio, but that did not arrive either so she had to remember while our daughter entered the toilet!!! there was no dedicated server on the table so that every time we had to hunt our inquiries, there was something else and they didn't understand! we were just a table of 3 and still paid £152.00 with only one person drink beer and two on refreshment drinks we were charged a service fee that she deserves"

Unbelievable food, all came out hot and quick. Staff were lovely, as soon as the drink was empty they came to refill it. The interactive table was fun and unique. Highly recommend!!!

great experience. warm reception, courtesy and efficient staff, excellent offer of food and drinks with the additional bonus of electronic table top order and games. to cover it, everyone was really reasonable. very recommended, and we will be back!

You had an allotted time as we had the buffet and drinks menu. Some dishes had ran out. Loved a that we had. They do give you the bill at the end of your time! Loved that you had a tablet to order your food yourself as you went. Staff were really attentive and helpful.

The menu was good and the food pretty nice but it was grossly overpriced. They were also restrictive about your choice of drink. If you started with white wine with the bottomless menu, you weren’t allowed to change to red wine. Wouldn’t go there again due to the poor value for money

an interesting restaurant. the technology is good and safe keeps children entertaining, by which look of it. as a couple we wanted to eat good, a dish was good and tasty the other was much too hot (spicky) and the quality of the huh was bad (fashion and hard). the drinks were very expensive and not clear what they got (one or double).

The service, settings and the people were great… but… the food was shocking. I hate to be that guy, but I think had I of known the food was that bad I would have reconsidered. This was for my girlfriends birthday, and we have woke up today with a bad belly and vomiting. The food was some of the worst I had ever had. Only good thing was the Bang Bang cauliflower.

The restaurant can only be interesting for parents going with kids. The interactive menus will keep them busy. Otherwise, ordering all yourself makes it uneasy, the food is really overpriced, not to say the wine! I paid 12 pounds for a glass of white of very poor quality. And the worst for me was that you can keep your table for only 1,5 hours. I will not reiterate the experience...

the food was delicious and the staff very friendly. we had booked the Asian buffet, but they recommended the a la carte and were in front of place. we spent less and had a better choice. I would say the environment is very “worn”. it has a student vibe. trashy but well dug when that makes sense. my Asian woman and 8 year old daughters really enjoyed the experience and for the family with tweets it was funny.

Will not go here again. Queued up out side and were seated at our table at least 10 mins late. At 6.25 a bill for £240 was thrown at us and were were told to leave. In the small print they state the table is ours for 1hr 30mins. However, there were plenty of empty tables and no one waiting. When, we explained that we had not had our allotted 1hr 30, staff said that was down to people like us leaving the table late! Staff were rude at the end. Took the shine off a nice family day out.
