Excellent discovery that Ishikawa. It's good, it's cooked as in a good izakaya from there but with our good products from home (example of Iberian tonkatsu). Even dessert (which is not a Japanese specialty) was good! Anyway, I hope to go back!

Restaurant not to be missed if you want to know or find the real Japanese cuisine. The cooking is perfect. Duck, fish, chicken... No excessive cooking, food is well cooked and remains melting. Fritures are crispy and light. The sauces and marinades are well balanced. The flavor of food is highlighted without being masked by the sauce.
