really delicious well suspended game. had the gooseberry that was cooked for perfection and then the venison as a main course was clearly well suspended, as it was super delicate and perfectly cooked. the staff was so helpful and took care of the food and the weeping we offer. there is a great weinlist with big weeping to choose from met andy the chef shortly before leaving who said if I want to come back in september - it is in the diary! very recommend this device for fine eating and well prepared game.
