"Staff didn't know what was going on Food chicken was dry and definitely not a supreme dish. Prawn pasta was reheated in a microwave making the prawns unsafe to eat. Sharing dishes are better from a supermarket. At least there you can purchase a much better quality. Vegetables were either tinned or frozen and were rock solid making them impossible to eat. Would not eat here again and don't recommend trying either. Vegetarian options: Limited Dietary restrictions: Not asked about even though stated at booking. Had to work out for myself which is fine but when the food you order is not as it should be it leaves you wondering how safe your food is."

I was disappointed with the food at Mercure. The price per person was over £100. The food quality was rated as 5 out of 10, the service was rated as 3 out of 10, and the atmosphere was rated as 3 out of 10.
