"we were in the Klosterstüble last weekend and had a very nice weekend. Nicely furnished rooms, very tasteful breakfast room. We felt really comfortable. The hygiene rules concerning corona are very well implemented. At breakfast all meals were dressed in nice wake-up glasses, stylishly dissolved. Breakfast and also dinner were wonderful. Fresh fruit and meat from own slaughter. Great!!! The employees are warm and friendly. I had forgotten to pack in at the hotel and noticed it at home. My stuff was sent to me by mail, which I found super nice. This hotel is absolutely recommended and Rothenburg has a beautiful old town with interesting museums and really nice boutiques. The walk on the city wall, the famous snowballs, good wine and the really good Franconian food Here you can make a perfect weekend."

Die Speisen war okay. Vier von vier Personen fanden das Essen jedoch zu fad. Schnitzel werden frisch zubereitet und schmeckte gut. Das Personal wirkte genervt. War gezielt hier wegen Schäufele und war begeistert!!! Fleisch sehr Zart, Knusprige Schwarte und Klöße ein Traum...... Schnitzel Wiener Art top.... Service 1A, Preise ebenfalls für die Qualität Top. Ein Restaurant gegenüber eines ehemaligen Klosters, unweit der Stadtmauer. Die Preise sind hier zum erstaunen recht gut. Die Speisekarte ist gut überschaubar mit regionalen Essen. Super Restaurant. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe dort. Obwohl wir vorbestellt hatten wurde jeder nochmal gefragt was er bestellt hatte. Dies hat zu unerwarten Verzögerung geführt. Centrally located, all attractions are within walking distance. The Junior Suite is highly recommended, medieval flair combined with modern furniture and a great bathroom. There is also a small kitchenette, which is well equipped. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly. The dinner at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast offer leaves nothing to be desired..
