"It's not a bad place to taste a hamburger, but it's not an expectatic thing either. the intention and the project is good. the personal and creative touch they try to give to the burgers is very valuable, curious and applaudable. But when it comes to putting them into practice, they don't convince me. I say so after having tasted absolutely all of the letter's burgers: they offer 3 different types of bread to choice by the customer in each burger. Whatever the option is, they don't surprise me or I think they fit too much in terms of the balance of the ingredients. It seems many times more to be eating a snack than a burger. the beef is not bad, it is quite decent but neither the quality of the meat nor the management of the same I consider that the 5 stars deserve. I'd give them a 6/10. The chicken burger didn't get me. the accompaniment of the burgers comes with potatoes, sweet potatoes or salad. offer several salsas to accompany being all quite good. especially I have had a lot of peppers the attention in the meridian (from my experience) was very positive. However in the lagoon for dinner left a little to want the forms of the waiters. the service in the meridian time expected. in the lagoon was quite slow: I have easily come to wait 25-30min by the burger and without at any time being sorry for the delay. very few incoming letters that I consider is not worth asking.
