You can make your own vegan cachopo with seitan base or mushrooms and vegan cheese, with extras and two accompaniments. a wonder to be able to taste the cachopo before leaving cunning, I had no much hope. They also have other vegan options like croquettes, and several desserts.

I went to cunning with my carnivorous family being the only vegetarian and this has been the first place where not only have I been able to eat something that is not potatoes or peppers but my family has also been able to eat what they have wanted. I definitely recommend it 100.% View menu

You can build up your cachopo from scratch with seitan to make it vegan. Different fillings and batters to choose from, however I just ordered the vegan one in the menu, which was excellent, with a really tasty and original filling of seaweed and some more veggies. In addition to that, two vegan desserts make this place a top choice if you're near Aviles (thanks @martint for the hint)
